Quant Pedro Pedro is a 43 year old chef from Brazil. He started cooking when he was just small, and contiuned with his passion till he got his degree in Culinary Arts from the University of Colombia. He then opened his small resturant in the little town of El Vador. After moving to America in 1995, he joined us as one of the chefs. As one of our head chefs in the kitchen now, he always strides to make food enjoyable, from the way it looks and smells, to the way it tastes.
Young Xe Young was born and raised in Miami, Florida. His passion for Chinese food has lead him to a career as a lead chef in Miami's most prestige restaurants, which started when he was 28 years old. About 6 years later, he joined 7 Chang Village, and has been inspiring us with his amazing dishes.
Louis Maracco Louis has been with us for 22 years now. Louis's love for authentic food makes him the best chef in the kitchen. Born in a little town in Spain, Louis moved to America when he was 16 years old, and started to work for us in 1993, and has never failed to impress us with his dishes. From his signature sushi, to his soups, Louis has talent like no other.
Xu Chang Xu Chang is the proud owner of 7 Chang Village. Passed down from many generations, Xu is 4th in line to own the resturant. Xu's family love for food made them open 7 Chang Village in 1891, and has been serving Southwest Florida for many years. Xu's knowledge of authentic Chinese food makes this resturant what it is today.
Veronica Sulton Veronica's passion for food and art brought here to 7 Chang Village. Veronica
got a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts from Kieser University. As one of our new chefs, Veronica's style and taste makes
her one of a kind.
Maraca Stu Maraca was born and raised in the Malidvies Islands near India. Maraca moved to Mexico then America in 1989, and joined us in 1999 as a server, then later as a chef. Her passion for food and fishing has made her the best seafood cook in the resturant. You will always want more of her tasty sushi dishes and grilled fish.
Q: Do you guys just serve chinese food?
A: Our primary dishes are chinese, but we serve diffrent kinds of foods and drinks as well.
Q: Do you have to wear something nice, or is it just casual?
A: You dont have to wear anything nice, just casual will do.
Q: Are kids allowed?
A: Kids are allowed at lunch time, but not dinner time, which starts at 5:00 PM. No pets.
Q: If I order, how long will it take for my food to arrive?
A: It usually takes us between 10 - 30 minutes to cook whatever is on the menu, but it also depends where you live, and how many orders there are at that current time.
